Live Cell Monitoring
Lonza's CytoSMART™ System is a live cell imaging system that enables researchers to take time-lapse videos and images of their cell culture without the need for manual inspection.

Watch the video tutorial.
The CytoSMART System consists of a mini-microscope, the CytoSMART Device (roughly the size of a cell culture plate), and an accompanying tablet which is linked to the device and can be fixed outside the incubator. The system also provides a number of advanced functions, such as reporting ongoing cell confluency via a graphical readout, while automatic email alerts can be set to inform the user when milestones are reached. Everything is pulled together via one intuitive and easy-to-use interface, the CytoSMART Connect Cloud Project page, which allows users to view and download all the videos and images connected with their project at any given time through a web browser.

Free Viral Quantification: Do You Know What's in Your Sample?
For a limited time, ViroCyt is offering free virus quantification for qualified customers.

Producing viruses, either as vaccines or as part of a protein expression system, can be a daunting task. Even more challenging is obtaining a clear picture of the make-up of the preparation: How much intact virus is actually there? Traditional approaches to virus quantification are often time-consuming, subjective, and technically daunting. ViroCyt's Virus Counter 3100 makes real-time characterization of your sample possible.
