MHC Class II Tetramer Reagents to Study Antigen-Specific CD4+ T Cell Immune Responses

announces the launch of the Oris™ 3D Embedded Invasion Assay — a unique product offering quantifiable real-time analysis of cell invasion. The assay is designed to enable cell movement through an extracellular matrix (ECM) in 3-Dimensions, thereby getting as close as possible to an in vivo experiment using in vitro conditions.
Based upon patented “exclusion zone” technology which uses cells embedded in a collagen matrix — Oris 3D Embedded Invasion Assays from AMSBIO provide a simple, quantitative, and efficient way to monitor cell invasion and morphology changes in a more physiologically relevant microenvironment. With no artificial membranes obscuring visualization of the cells, cell invasion rates and morphology changes can be reproducibly and quantifiably measured as end-point assays or in real-time. Designed in an industry-standard 96-well plate format, the assay can be used with microscopes, plate readers, and high-content imaging systems, thereby delivering significant reductions in handling time for setup and analysis.

Finesse Solutions has released TruBio® DV version 5.0 control software for both bioreactors and mixers. TruBio DV software can be used with glass vessels, rockers, media or buffer mixers, and most sizes/brands of single-use bioreactors to provide a seamless solution from 0.5 L R&D through 2000 L cGMP-compliant production.

TruBio DV version 5.0 is powered by a DeltaV® Controller from Emerson Process Management and is optimized for DeltaV versions 12 and 13. It is also compatible with the Emerson DeltaV batch platform for cGMP-compliant operation and Syncade-based MES systems.
