At the risk of sounding political, I feel compelled to share my thoughts on some recent observations, as well as the absence of observations I’d like to have.

First, I’m still dying to learn what the regulations are that are keeping American businesses from expanding their operations and hiring people. We keep hearing that the government has to illuminate regulations that are killing jobs, but I just can’t determine what these are. Surely the biopharmaceutical industry isn’t suggesting...

Entry Level Electronic Microplate Sealer
Porvair Sciences has designed the versatile and compact MiniSeal microplate sealer for handling smaller batches of plates in preparation for storage. MiniSeal requires only one single electrical outlet to operate – no compressed air source or dedicated compressor is needed.
porvair sciences
Unlike hand-operated manual units, the MiniSeal uses a pre-set sealing pressure to deliver highly reproducible plate seals every time. The MiniSeal ensures operator safety with its unique twin-button operation to produce an accurate and tight seal on any standard, deep-well, or PCR microplate from 3–62 mm in height.

Offering adjustable temperature heat-sealing from 50°C up to
200°C, MiniSeal is able to operate optimally with most foil and film seals.

For further information, visit the Porvair Sciences website at www.porvair-sciences.com. Distributors in the USA can be found by clicking here.
